We are the only “one-shop stop” in our industry.  Showhomes offers our signature home management program, traditional home staging, and home updating.  Along with having the best quality in the industry, our breadth of services truly makes us stand out.

What have been some of the brand's most important milestones over the past five years?

We reach our 30 year anniversary (1986-2016) which shows the strength of the brand and our solid unit economics.  Our sales have gone up over 200% during that time, even during a hot real estate market.  Our Net Promoter Scores are over 80%, which is one of the highest of any industry.  Finally, our franchisee satisfaction scores from the annual Franchise Business Review are the highest we have ever had, and we have ranked in their Top 50 for the last 8 years in a row.

What plans does the brand have in the coming years?

We plan on hitting 100 units in the next two years and hope to reach $30M in overall revenue in the next 5 years.  Showhomes wants to be the go to brand for all home owner design and marketing needs across the country
